This program will focus on leadership skills and advanced safety management strategies to improve the performance of health and safety programs.

Through this program, you will develop and apply leadership skills needed to improve OHS in your organization, lead teams effectively, and influence change. This program will build on your technical skills as an OHS professional to help you reach the next level in your career.

Features:
This program is hybrid - The first week will include the Leadership Workshop as the first module. This workshop will be in person in Somerset, NJ.

Each subsequent week will feature a new online module (there is no module the week of November 25th), which will begin with a synchronous lecture on Tuesday. The remainder of each module will be carried out asynchronously via Canvas, the Rutgers Learning Management System.

In-person Workshop: October 15th, 2024 (12:00 pm – 4:00 pm)

Live Zoom Session Dates: October 29, November 5, November 12, November 19, December 3, December 10.

All live zoom sessions will be held from 4-6 pm EST.
