Staffing agencies and host employers are jointly responsible for maintaining a safe environment for temporary workers. The key is effective communication between the agency and the host to ensure that the necessary protections areprovided. Most importantly, the host employers must treat temporary workers like any other workers in terms of safety & health protection. Course highlights include joint responsibilities of emloyers and staffing agencies, training requirements, and developing systems for maintaining safety & health.
