Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) are a major, yet preventable threat to patient safety, accounting for approximately 1.7 million infections and almost 100,000 deaths annually in the US alone. The purpose of this program is to highlight the clinical and economic impact of HAIs both nationally and locally, with the goal of enhancing attendee understanding of the issue, and most importantly, providing strategies to help them prevent the spread of HAIs in their respective organizations.
Audience:
This program is intended for Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Pharmacists, other healthcare providers, and healthcare facility administrators. Note: Registration deadline for this event is Friday, April 28th. Payments / Purchase Orders must be received by this date. No refunds will be given after May 3rd.
