This course is designed to assist employers in identifying and fulfilling their responsibilities for posting certain records, maintaining records of illnesses and injuries, and reporting specific cases to OSHA. Employees of the private sector companies who have responsibilities under OSHA's revised recordkeeping Rule 29CFR1904, for reporting, will benefit from attending this course. Course Objectives: Identify employers and employees covered under OSHA's revised recordkeeping standards (2003); Identify new OSHA requirements for recordkeeping, posting, and reporting; Learn how to complete the OSHA Forms 300, 300A, and 301; and identify OSHA's accident and injury log posting requirements
