The focus of this 1-day course is to recognize the hazards of combustible dust, which may be found throughout the manufacturing and utility sectors where these hazards continue to go unrecognized and have become the focus of an OSHA National Emphasis Program

(4) List practical issues with implementation of a combustible dust control program. (5) Review Legislation and regulations (6) Recognize work practices and guidelines that reduce the potential for commutable dust explosion. NOTE: This course is the fourth course in the 5-day General Industry Technical Specialist Certificate Program.
