This 10-hour course is intended to provide instruction, to entry level participants, on a variety of construction industry safety and health standards. This outreach effort, aimed at promoting workplace safety and health will be taught by an authorized trainer. Please note: OSHA course completion cards will be issued to all participants.
Construction industry and building trades personnel, employers, contractors, union personnel and consultants.
Introduction to OSHA Standard OSHA Act and General Duty Clause 5(a)(1), Subpart C: General Safety and Health Provisions Competent Person Requirements Occupational Health and Safety Environmental Controls Hazard Communication Personal Protective Equipment Fall Protection Electrical Safety Excavations Process Safety Management Cranes, Derricks, Hoists, Elevators and Conveyers Motors Vehicles and Mechanized Equipment
Please bring with you a government issued photo ID. We will accept driver's licenses, passports, birth certificates, state and federal worker IDs, and university and school issued IDs. Please see our "cancellation policy" if you are unable to attend this course.
