Important information for your travels to the NJ DOH 2018 Immunization Conference at Rutgers University Livingston Campus Center! This information was also emailed to registered attendees. You must be registered to attend. This event is completely full sorry, no walk-ins! Immunization Program Brochure (For reference only! This is will be available on site) NJ Immunization Conference Program Booklet Map for parking areas LOGISTICS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Date: Monday, May 21st Time: 7:30 a.m. 3:30 p.m. · Registration begins at 7:30 a.m., continental breakfast provided · Conference begins at 8:15 a.m. · Lunch provided Location: Rutgers University Livingston Campus Center 84 Joyce Kilmer Ave, Piscataway 08854 Parking: Please see note below Contact: Livingston Campus Center (848) 445-0405 The BEST ADDRESS to put into your GPS is: 105 Joyce Kilmer Road, Piscataway 08854. This is the campus Starbucks address, which is just across from the Yellow and Green parking lots, where free parking is provided for the conference. There will be an "EVENT PARKING" sign at the access point to the yellow lot - the green lot is only accessible through this entrance. The entrance to the parking lots is around the corner (from Starbucks) on Rockefeller Road. It is about a 7-minute walk to the Livingston Campus Center from the parking areas. Alternatively, a shuttle will be available from the parking areas to the Livingston Campus Center in the morning from ~7:00 9:30 a.m., and again from 3:30 4:00 p.m. The shuttle loop takes about 1-minute. Note there is handicap parking available at the entrance to the parking lots. See you Monday!
