Planned Lifetime Assistance Network of NJ (PLAN/NJ) can guide families in this estate planning and life-long support process by addressing future planning issues such as independent living supports, estate planning, legal and financial protections. Specific topics of discussion include: how to implement a future LifePLAN for people with disabilities; Guardianship; Special Needs Trusts; and ABLE accounts.
